The Story: Car culture has been meeting in 7-ELEVEn parking lots for decades. So when 7-ELEVEn was looking for new ways to expand that community into the digital world, Forza Horizon 6 felt like a natural next stop.
Laura and the team turned that connection into a 2-hour live virtual car meet on Twitch with AR12Gaming, where players raced 7-ELEVEn’s literal car-head social persona, CARSOn, across three original custom race tracks. Every time someone beat CARSOn, they unlocked real Slurpees, bespoke merch and egg sandos for everyone watching. Turning a virtual car meet into real trips to 7-ELEVEn.

CARSOn AR CAR HEAD
To keep the human behind 7-ELEVEn’s social persona a secret, Laura and team created an AR car head for CARSOn to wear live on stream, modelled after the 7-ELEVEn Supra livery, complete with headlights that flashed every time he raised his eyebrows.

To show up authentically, Laura and the team met Forza fans where they already were.
They immersed themselves in the Forza Horizon 6 Discord community, even finding the campaign’s track builder, @JoeyRocket, through Discord.
